About Me

I'm a 35 year old Linux Systems Administrator who currently works for Harvard Medical School. Right now, I'm working my way thought some opencourseware classes on building dynamic websites, to expand my skillset to make myself more marketable in the future. I'll supplement that with a course or two in the coming year at the Harvard Extension School. I do some freelance work on the side, perhaps it will eventually be enough to do it full-time.

I'm the father of one fantastic daughter. I love to travel. I'm learning to speak Italian, but I don't practice as much as I should. I love photography, always have, but I also don't take enough pictures anymore. I work hard to balance my work and my life. I want to make sure I spend quality time with my daughter everyday, and I want to expose her to all the wonderful things the world has to offer. I can't very well do that while I'm working in an office far away!
